Our Services

1:1 Test Prep and Academic Tutoring

We offer 1:1 test prep and academic tutoring for all subjects and tests, from pre-K through graduate school. We work with students on all the major tests, including the SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE, TOEFL, and AP and IB tests. We also feature experts in specialty subjects like Latin, languages, and programming. While our tutors have list rates ($150-$500/hour) that are published on our website and on tutor profile sheets, all tutors set their own rates in consultation with parents and students. Our tutors meet with students at the home, at a mutually convenient location, or online.

Testing

Testing is held at our office in Union Square every Saturday and Sunday morning. Free testing is included as part of every Noodle Pros tutoring program, and students sign up for testing throughout their program in consultation with their tutor. For non-Noodle Pros students, diagnostic testing is offered for a one-time charge of $70 per test. Students receive a comprehensive score report 2-3 days after each test, and non-Noodle Pros students can schedule a complimentary test review session with a tutor.

Small Group Courses

We want to make Noodle Pros' deep expertise accessible to all students. Families looking for professional test prep at a lower cost can create self-formed groups of 4-6 students for targeted instruction with a Noodle Pro in a small group setting. Fees for students in small groups range from $50-$80 per student per hour, and include testing, test scoring, and diagnostic reporting.

Test Prep Classes

We work with schools and organizations to create customized test prep classes for the SSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, Subject Tests, and APs. Classes are usually hosted on school facilities, and the school is responsible for registration and attendance of students. We provide Noodle Pros tutors, materials, curriculum, testing, and comprehensive student-level and cohort-level diagnostic reporting to parents and school administrators.

Learning Difference and Executive Functioning Support

We are one of very few tutoring organizations to offer fully-integrated learning difference and executive functioning support for students. We have a roster of education therapists, trained executive functioning coaches, learning specialists, and reading specialists who can meet students' unique learning needs and provide accommodations. Our approach is to understand and motivate students to learn, while involving parents, siblings, and teachers in the learning process. We work with students of all ages with ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, twice exceptionalism, Asperger syndrome, Down syndrome, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral and learning disabilities.
