Noodle Pros LLC has an available position of General Manager in New York City, NY. Although the position of General Manager is based in New York City, NY, the General Manager will be required to travel 15% of working time to customers, prospective customers, & business partners throughout the United States, Europe, & Asia. Position requires a Master of Business Administration degree with a major in Management & 24 months experience as a Marketing Manager. Position also requires: Exp. must include: 1) 12 mos. exp. developing growth strategies & go-to-market plans for retail in-person & online distance learning products; 2) 12 mos. exp. building an educational brand from inception to maturity; & 3) 12 mos. exp. creating pricing models & predictive models for business analytics. Exp. reqs. may be met concurrently during the same time period.
Job duties: Manage all business initiatives across all functional departments of the company. Establish & manage work flows for major marketing initiatives, operations, & business development. Coordinate with product & technical teams to fulfill project requirements on deadline. Plan use of resources across functions. Supervise Marketing Manager responsible for creating pricing models & predictive models for business analytics. Also supervise Business Development Director & Outreach Coordinator.
